We are currently renovating one of our first shopping centers to better accommodate the fifteen local business owners and four national retailers that enjoy prominent frontage along Gude Drive and Southlawn Lane. Three discrete buildings occupy the site and anchor tenants include M&T Bank, Allstate and Interior Accents By Design. A range of flexible layouts and retail configurations are available, an asset to creative industry and restaurant tenants.

The Grant, Washington, DC

A 63-unit condo conversion on Massachusetts Avenue NW, The Grant’s historic art deco building has been restored with luxury amenities and interior finishes. Six unique floor plans are available in this handsome 8-story building. All units have been outfitted with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Developed in partnership with The Hamilton Group; marketed by W.C. & A.N. Miller under the coordination of Page Eisinger.

Work-Force Housing, Bethesda, MD (draft: preliminary massing study)

In order to meet the affordability needs of many households in Montgomery County, ambitious plans are underway for moderately priced homes in an amenity-rich, mixed-use environment.
